IntelligentCross Charity Trading Day Raises $50,000 for Tuesday’s Children

New York, December 23, 2020 – IntelligentCross, the AI -powered alternative trading system that optimizes execution of institutional equity trades, reported today that its Dec. 1 Charity Trading Day resulted in the donation of more than $50,000 in net commissions to Tuesday’s Children.

Tuesday’s Children, formed in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center, provides a lifetime of healing for families who have been forever changed by terrorism, military conflict or mass violence.  This year’s event marked the second annual Charity Trading Day held by IntelligentCross, which was launched in 2018 by its parent, Imperative Execution Inc.

“We deeply appreciate our clients’ enthusiastic support for the IntelligentCross Charity Trading Day,” said Roman Ginis, CEO of Imperative Execution.  “Their commissions will go to support Tuesday’s Children’s important mission to offer hope and healing for those affected by tragedy.”

Ginis also cited the support of its new clearing broker, Instinet LLC, which waived its clearing fees on Charity Trading Day. He expressed gratitude to the New York Mets and former pitcher Ron Darling for help raising awareness of the charity trading day.
